By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your quote and your service. Message frequency depends on your service schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or tell any team member you prefer phone calls only.
Photos of your property
Our technicians photograph pools to document service and repairs. These photos are used for your service record and for insurance or warranty purposes. We only publish a photo of your pool publicly if you give us permission.

Spam protection
To keep automated spam out, our quote form and the button that shows our email address use Google reCAPTCHA. How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards as needed for warranty, tax, and insurance purposes. Quote requests that never become service are deleted within twenty-four months.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text 954-691-6742 and we will handle it directly. Requesting deletion may mean we can no longer service your pool or honor a past repair warranty.
Children
Our services are sold to adults and this site is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
