Thirty-year-old surfaces
Plaster and tile from the post-Andrew rebuild are wearing out together. Rough surfaces trap algae and stains, so brushing and gentle chemistry matter.
Country Walk became one of the best-known images of Hurricane Andrew in 1992, when the storm flattened much of the neighborhood. The homes, and many of the pools, were rebuilt in the years that followed. That shared history shapes our work today: a large share of Country Walk backyard pools were finished or refinished in the same window, and their plaster, tile and plumbing are now around thirty years old.
At that age, plaster turns rough and porous, tile grout starts to fail at the waterline, and original return fittings and skimmer throats crack. Rough plaster holds algae spores and stains more readily, so we brush those pools harder and watch calcium and pH closely to avoid making the surface worse. When a pool is due for resurfacing, we say so plainly and help plan the work.
Country Walk is also a planned community with shared amenity facilities alongside private homes. We service community pools with logged chemistry, so the association has records for inspections, and we can provide a certificate of insurance to the board or property manager on request.

Rough, stained plaster, a leaking skimmer from the post-Andrew rebuild, or an amenity pool that needs logged chemistry for the board — call and we'll help.

Community pools see many swimmers on weekends and holidays. They need tighter sanitizer control and written logs for the association.
Skimmers, returns and underground lines from the rebuild era can crack and leak. We check water loss before it undermines the deck.

Country Walk's amenity pool needs a vendor who logs chemistry, keeps safety equipment in order and works with the HOA — see our commercial and condo pool service.

Weekly visits let us watch aging plaster and tile on backyard pools and catch problems early.

Porous older plaster holds dirt and stains, so periodic deep cleaning keeps these pools looking cared for between resurfacings.

School break brings heavy use at the amenity pool and in backyards. We increase testing at shared pools and keep chlorine steady through storms.
Few neighborhoods take hurricane prep more seriously. We help secure pools before a storm and restart equipment carefully once power returns.
One licensed crew for cleaning, repairs and leaks.
Many pools refinished in the mid-1990s are now showing rough plaster, etching and stains. We can assess the surface on a regular visit and tell you whether careful chemistry will buy more time or resurfacing is due.
Yes. We handle amenity pools with logged chemistry for inspections and service private backyard pools in the same neighborhood, so one crew knows the whole community.

In pools this age the skimmer throat, return fittings and underground lines are common culprits. Our crew does pool leak detection and repairs, so we can find and fix it in one process.
